We are taking a break!
Between Saturday 20 December 2025 and Sunday 4 January 2026, the Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) project will be taking a short break. During this time, all tunnelling activities will pause and no construction activities will be conducted at Western Harbour Tunnel sites. All sites will be safely secured, and environmental controls will be in place. You may see personnel checking the security of the sites or performing emergency maintenance if it is required. If you have an urgent enquiry during this time call us on 1800 931 189.
There will be some WHT construction work on City West Link, Rozelle and Lilyfield, The Crescent and Johnston Street, Annandale, from Saturday 27 December 2025. There will be no work on New Years Eve and New Years Day.
