TThe Environment Effects Statement (EES) and draft Planning Scheme Amendment (PSA) are now available for viewing and public comment from Monday 30 June 2025 until 11.59pm on 22 August 2025.

The EES and the draft PSA will be available here in our virtual engagement room and on our website (www.westernrenewableslink.com.au) and in hard copy at nine locations along the proposed route during public exhibition.

Make a submission

You can make a submission online by visiting Engage Victoria’s website by 11:59 pm on Friday 22 August 2025.

Planning Panels Victoria (PPV) manages the EES public exhibition process.

As part of preparing your submission, you should review the EES documents and the draft Planning Scheme Amendment.

Public Exhibition locations

The Environment Effects Statement (EES) for the proposed Western Renewables Link project will be available for public comment for 40 business days from the week commencing Monday 30 June 2025. The draft Planning Scheme Amendment will also be published with the exhibited EES.

During this time, members of the public can view the EES documents and draft PSA and make written submissions. Detailed information on how to make a submission using the Engage Victoria submissions page will be advertised once the exhibition period begins.

At the following locations you will be able to view the EES documents and draft PSA in hard copy and collect a print copy of the summary report and a USB containing the full EES and draft PSA.
