Hello and welcome to the virtual consultation room for our build-to-rent proposal on the corner of Beinda Street and Bolong Road in Bomaderry.

We appreciate your interest in Landcom’s plans to deliver 60 new, secure rental homes in Bomaderry under the NSW Government’s pilot build-to-rent program. This virtual room has information about the build-to-rent development model and our proposal for the site.
