This room has been designed to provide further information about Landcom’s Bulli project.
Our proposed transformation of the former Bulli Hospital site will enable the delivery of new open space and a mix of housing types that blend with the character of the area and help to provide greater choice, affordability and housing security for a range of new residents.
The launch of this room coincided with Wollongong City Council publicly exhibiting our development application (DA) for earthworks, landscaping and subdivision of lots to support future homes between 22 November and 6 December 2023.
To view our DA, including our concept plan and supporting documents that have informed our application, visit Council’s development application search engine and follow the steps to search for our subdivision DA: DA-2023/895.
Our plans to redevelop the site are subject to approval. Material displayed in this room is for general information purposes only and does not serve as a detailed summary of the proposed future development of the site. Images, artist’s impressions, illustrated plans and videos are indicative only. Every effort has been made to ensure that the details included on all material were accurate at the time of publication.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Landcom respectfully acknowledges the Dharawal people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which the Bulli project is located, and acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout NSW. We recognise and respect their continuing cultural heritage, beliefs and connection to land, sea and community, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
