Know before you go
Before you arrive
You will receive your registration code via email the week before the event. The email will come from mail@eventsairmail.com. Keep this handy as you will need the QR code to register for the event on the day.
Getting to the event - Monday 30 October
The venue is Penrith Panthers Leagues Club, located at 123 Mulgoa Road, Penrith 2750.
Arriving by public transport
- The closest bus stop is Station Street, opposite Howell Oval, about a 10 minute walk to Penrith Panthers. Bus service is infrequent.
- The closest train station is Penrith – about 15 min walk to Penrith Panthers.
- There is a taxi rank located outside the front entry of Penrith Panthers.
Arriving by car
There are approximately 1000 complimentary car spaces available at Penrith Panthers. Car park main entry is via Mulgoa Rd, then onto the slip road in front of Penrith Panthers.
At Penrith Panthers
Registration for the event will be in the main lobby of the Club. Please arrive at 8:30 am to register for the day.
Have your QR code ready to present at the registration kiosks on arrival to print your name badge. If you have not received your code or misplaced the email, there will be staff on hand to assist you.
As a licensed club, you will also need to register as a guest at the club in addition to registering for the event. Please bring your photo ID to register at the Club sign in area.
We will be serving coffee and tea during registration.
Breakout groups
You will be pre-allocated into breakout groups for the sessions after morning tea. Your name badge will indicate which breakout group you belong to. Each group will rotate through all the breakout sessions so everyone will have an opportunity to hear all the presentations. We ask you to remain in your assigned breakout group.
