Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act).

TfNSW collects limited personal information to handle enquiries and process complaints and update community members on the Rozelle Interchange Project ("Project").

TfNSW will use your personal information for the purpose of adding you to the stakeholder database and providing you with updates for the duration of the Project.

TfNSW may engage vendors to handle enquiries and process complaints. Each vendor is authorised by TfNSW to act on behalf of TfNSW and is required to comply with the PPIP Act as if it was TfNSW.

Vendors of TfNSW will only use your personal information to provide the service the agency is paying them to provide – this is a use of your personal information. These vendors are not permitted to use your personal information for any other purpose.
TfNSW will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless authorised by law.
